The first two products we discovered are Amazonian ants and Tucupi. These discoveries marked the beginning of our chocolate journey. We gained a wealth of knowledge from To’ak, including historical insights, environmental considerations, flavor profiles, and techniques for savoring chocolate. We appreciate the exceptional quality of your products.

We first discoverer the Tucupí at the store in Montreal. And then we feel in love with the story and the creations from To’ak. The Alchemy collection was fantastic. All the flavours were one of a kind. We definitely love to explore more of the products from To’ak.
An exquisite and perfect combination of flavors.
Amazing all I can say!

We’re doing this in partnership with TMA (Third Millennium Alliance), a nonprofit rainforest conservation organization that has been protecting and restoring forests in Ecuador since 2007.

We pay a farmgate price that is 3-8x the standard market price for “wet cacao" — well above the fair trade premium. To the best of our knowledge, these are the highest cacao prices on the continent.
