Shipping policy
We ship within the USA via FedEx and USPS (during cooler months), and internationally to selected countries.
During warmer months (June–August), we ship all US orders with ice packs. International orders receive ice packs as needed, depending on the destination.
In most cases your order will ship the next business day. Please note, if your order is placed on Thursday or Friday we may choose to hold shipping until the following week in the event of warm weather at the destination or en route.

No Melt Guarantee
We guarantee that all orders arrive in excellent condition. On the rare occasion that an order arrives melted or damaged, we will promptly arrange a replacement, provided you share photos of the issue within one (1) week of receiving your package.
