I purchased over 10 days ago. Status says shipped, but FedEx tracking number says they still haven’t received package.

Due to the high volume of sales these past 2 weeks, most of our US stock has run out faster than expected!
Fortunately, more product is on its way from Ecuador to the USA, and we will provide an update at the end of this week.
We estimate a delay of about one more week for all orders placed after September 7th.
